What is the oldest house in Jersey City?

The oldest parts of the Summit House date back to circa 1690 and it is the earliest structure still standing in Jersey City. The Sip Manor (circa 1660) was relocated to Westfield, NJ in the 1920's. The oldest part of the landmark Apple Tree House dates to about 1778.
